Dr. Christy Silvaberg

Dr. Christy Silvaberg graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Shortly after she began practicing, she purchased Sunset Cliffs Animal Hospital in 1996 and has been proud to serve the furry children of the Ocean Beach/Point Loma residents ever since.

Dr. Silvaberg and her wife Alessandra share their home with their newborn Anna, and five bulldogs: Luke, Yuki, Bruno, Doce, and Jojo. In addition to spending quality time with her family, she enjoys painting, and tending to her beautiful garden.

Dr. Fiona Lair

Dr. Fiona Lair is a graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical training at North Carolina State University where she had a particular focus in radiology and exotics medicine. She completed a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship at California Veterinary Specialists in Murrieta and has spent the last few years in general practice. She is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and is a certified feline-friendly veterinarian. A native of San Diego, she’s spent many of her younger birthdays at Hodads and exploring Ocean Beach’s tide pools. She has three cats and two tortoises at home as well as a seemingly endless supply of foster kittens looking for homes.

Dr. Jenna Whitted

Dr. Jenna Whitted is the newest member of our team. She joined us
immediately following graduation from UC Davis School of Veterinary
Medicine. Dr. Whitted shares her home with two french bulldogs, two
cats, two tortoises, and the occasional foster bulldog. She is
passionate about anything French or English bulldog-related, and is
excited to grow her expertise in bulldog medicine in order to provide
the best care to our community. She enjoys taking care of our rescue
dogs, and finds it rewarding to see them go to their furever homes. In
her free time, Dr. Whitted enjoys taking her dogs to the beach,
paddleboarding, and being outdoors.
